The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) is issuing this pre-notice to advise of an upcoming Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify organizations interested in serving as Service System Managers (SSMs) for Integrated Employment Services (IES) across Ontario. The RFQ is anticipated to be released in July/August of 2026. The upcoming RFQ is a pre-qualification step only. It will not result in contract awards. Closes September 30, 2026. Good fit if you have staffing contract experience.
