What we collect
Account details, the company profile you build, the tenders and documents you upload, and basic usage data.
Why we collect it
To run the service: to qualify tenders, price bids, and draft proposals for you.
Fraud and abuse prevention
When you sign up, we record the IP address your request comes from. We use it only to detect duplicate or abusive signups from the same network and to enforce per-IP rate limits. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in Canada, in the CA-CENTRAL-1 region.
Who touches it
A small set of infrastructure providers we use to run the product, covering authentication, database, and payments. We do not sell your data.
Advertising measurement
If you reach us from a Google ad, we measure which ads lead to signups and subscriptions using Google Ads conversion tracking, including Google's Enhanced Conversions. For this, a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email address is created in your browser and shared with Google solely to match your conversion to an ad click. We do not share your raw email for this purpose, we do not sell your data, and this matching is used only to measure ad performance. You can limit ad personalization in your Google account settings.
