Tender summary
The M-55 Office Accommodations Project is rehabilitation of the National Research Council Canada (NRC) Building M-55 at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario. Phase 1 includes a full interior refit of the first floor and second floor of building M-55. The scope of work for Phase 1 is approximately 100,000 square feet, and includes primarily architectural, mechanical and electrical work.
