Incumbents policy & takedown

Wonable maintains a directory of cleaning vendors with public-sector contract history under /incumbents/. Data is sourced entirely from public procurement records (CanadaBuys, MERX, provincial procurement portals).

Takedown requests

Vendors may request removal of their /incumbents/[slug]/ page by emailing a clearly-stated takedown request to hello@wonable.io.

On receipt of such a request, Wonable will:

1. Remove the page within 7 days.
2. Add the vendor's record to an exclusion list (incumbents_excluded) with the reason provided.

The page can be regenerated if the vendor later requests reinstatement. No legal threshold applies — Wonable removes on request to avoid friction.

Data sources

All incumbent records are derived from public award notices. Each award page on this site links to its original source URL where available.
