- Installation Floater insurance (if applicable) must provide sufficient coverage for supplies and equipment
Special conditions
- TDSB will only accept digital bonds; no paper bonds accepted
- Bonds must be sent to the attention of Contract Specialist Vicki Kostopoulos
- After-hours and weekend work required for any work affecting school operations, in accordance with city by-law
- Contract Specialist may at sole discretion request price breakdown from unofficial low bidder(s) after closing

- Failure to submit complete price breakdown within 5 business days of request from Contract Specialist may result in bid being deemed non-compliant
- Submission of paper (non-digital) bonds where digital bonds are required
- Bonds submitted without HST included
