- Services are for Department of National Defence (DND) military installations including Bagotville, Valcartier, and DRDC Valcartier — security clearance may be required at commission stage
- Source List may be extended for an additional two-year period at DCC's sole discretion
- Contract value may be increased by up to $2,000,000 one time during the Source List period at DCC's sole discretion
- Only the top two (2) highest-scoring firms will be selected for the Source List
