Key requirements
- Ability to supply and deliver between 4,000 and 5,000 square feet of P.E.T. acoustic panels
- Panels must be selected from standard shapes, colours, and sizes offered by the Contractor
- Panels must conform to approved specifications
- Bids must be submitted by e-mail only to suppliers@oag-bvg.gc.ca
- Compliance with Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
- Compliance with Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement
Special conditions
- Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada (English or French)
- Electronic submission by e-mail only; no other submission method accepted
- Debriefing requests must be made within 15 working days of receiving bid solicitation results
