Summary
Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to procure Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicles (CPAV) and associated integrated logistics support (ILS) to the Department of National Defense.This requirement is subject to a two (2) phase competitive procurement process. The first phase, phase I, Request for Proposal (RFP) is a qualification process to create a pre-qualified bidders list for phase II. As a result of this phase I RFP, a pre-qualified bidders list will be created.
