Tender summary

The successful proponent shall supply and deliver two (2) new 1/2 ton crew cab 4WD short box pickup trucks meeting or exceeding the mandatory minimum specifications set out in Schedule B. A new non-current 2025 model year vehicle may be accepted if it otherwise meets all mandatory requirements. Used vehicles will not be accepted.

Key requirements

• Supply and deliver two (2) new vehicles
• 1/2 ton crew cab configuration
• 4WD (four-wheel drive)
• Short box pickup trucks
• Must meet or exceed mandatory minimum specifications in Schedule B
• 2025 or newer model year (current model year preferred; non-current 2025 may be accepted)
• Vehicles must be new — used vehicles will not be accepted

Special conditions

• Non-current 2025 model year vehicle may be accepted if all mandatory requirements are otherwise met
• Used vehicles are explicitly prohibited

What disqualifies a bid

• Used vehicles — not accepted under any circumstances
• Failure to meet mandatory minimum specifications outlined in Schedule B
• Vehicle does not meet 1/2 ton crew cab 4WD short box configuration
• Model year older than 2025 or not a new vehicle
