Special conditions
- TDSB will only accept digital bonds — no paper bonds accepted
- Bonds must be sent to the attention of Contract Specialist Vicki Kostopoulos
- Contractor must start the project as soon as possible upon contract award
- Work affecting school operations must comply with city by-law regarding hours
- Installation Floater insurance coverage is at contractor's responsibility where applicable
