Tender summary
As a result of a drain leak originating on the 3rd floor South Tower on June 5th, repairs are required to address the affected washrooms from the 3rd floor down to the basement level of the South Tower. The intent of this project is to re-instate the damaged areas; the scope of work includes but is not limited to thorough clean-up of all impacted areas, re-insulation of pipes within service shafts, drywall repairs and finishings.
