Tender summary
The Yb laser needs to produce two optically synchronized outputs. One output must be higher than 3 mJ. The pulse duration is to be tunable from 450 fs to 10 ps. The second output is larger than 5 microjoules and shorter than 250 fs. The latter channel is used to pump white-light generation in solids, and the former is for pumping an optical parametric amplifier seeded with the white light.
