On behalf of the City of Toronto, CreateTO is leading the Dockwall Resilience Program to proactively assess and plan for the long-term renewal of Toronto’s waterfront dockwall infrastructure. Much of the dockwall system is over 100 years old and plays a critical role in supporting public safety, waterfront operations, and economic activity. The Client is seeking to onboard one (1) or more Proponents for this work. Ontario. Closes July 16, 2026. Good fit if you have engineering contract experience.
