Provision of specialized strategic information governance professional services on an as-and-when-requested basis to support the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team across multiple projects over two or more years. Services are delivered through the TBIPS Supply Arrangement for the National Capital Region.
Key requirements
- Must be a TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holder qualified under Tier 1 for the National Capital Region
- Must qualify under at least one of: Stream 1 (A.7 Programmer/Analyst or A.11 Tester), Stream 3 (I.5 Information Management Architect), Stream 4 (B.1 Business Analyst or B.14 Technical Writer), Stream 5 (P.6 Project Administrator or P.9 Project Manager)
- Minimum Corporate Security: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
- Minimum Resource Security: Reliability

- Selective tendering: only the 26 named TBIPS SA Holders have been invited to bid
- RFP documents distributed directly by Contracting Authority via email, not through BuyAndSell.gc.ca
- Proposals may be submitted in either official language (English or French)

- Not a qualified TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holder under Tier 1 for the National Capital Region
- Not qualified under any of the required streams and resource categories
- Failure to meet Designated Organization Screening (DOS) corporate security requirement
- Failure to meet Reliability-level resource security requirement
- Not among the 26 specifically invited SA Holders
