- System must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- System must operate in both English and French
- Supplier must meet security clearance requirements as specified in the solicitation
- Solution must operate in the Client's operational environment as described in the Statement of Work
Special conditions
- Bilingual system required: must operate fully in both English and French
- Security requirements associated with this solicitation; offerors must meet security clearance requirements
- Subject to Policy on Reciprocal Procurement
- Subject to multiple trade agreements including WTO-AGP, CETA, CPTPP, CFTA, and others
- System must be available 24/7/365 with no downtime exceptions stated
