- Bid submitted and received no later than 1:00:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on closing date
Special conditions
- AODA accommodation requests must be directed to the Region's Procurement Representative at Susan.elkins@york.ca
- Hard copy bid submissions will not be accepted
- Bid Bond must conform to CCDC220 Form or Surety Association of Canada form, or be substantially similar
- Surety company must be acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario
What disqualifies a bid
- Bid received from a contractor not on the prequalified list under RFPQ-2841-25
- Failure to meet OHSMS certification requirements as stated in RFT Particulars (Appendix A)
- Submission of a hard copy bid instead of electronic submission
- Bid received after the 1:00:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time deadline
- Failure to include a digital Bid Bond of at least 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount
- Failure to include a digital Undertaking to Bond
