The contractor is required to complete removal, repair, and/or encapsulation of all Priority 1 hazardous materials identified in inspection and assessment reports for the City's Family Units and Multi-Unit Properties. Drywall-related work is excluded from this scope as it will be handled separately by City internal staff.
