Tender summary

Prequalified suppliers will be invited on an as-needed basis to provide mobile food and beverage concession services at Town and Third-Party events and festivals. Services include operating a self-contained mobile unit with all staffing, equipment, and supplies to prepare and sell food and beverages suitable for a beach environment.

Key requirements

• Must operate a fully self-contained mobile food concession unit (truck, trailer, or cart)
• Unit must be self-sufficient with all equipment, utilities, staffing, and supplies provided by vendor
• Food and/or beverage offerings must be appropriate for a beach environment
• Must be able to deliver consistent, high-quality service during operation

Special conditions

• Engagement is event-based and as-required — no guaranteed volume or frequency of work
• Must be available for Third-Party events and festivals in addition to Town-run events
