The City of Ottawa, Facilities Operations Services hereinafter referred to as the City, on behalf of itself and the identified co-operating participants (See Article 1.1.2 for list of participants) are seeking offers from qualified firms to supply and deliver electrical materials on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the Specifications outlined in Annex A and the Terms and Conditions herein.
