Replacement of approximately 570m of cast iron watermain with 300mm PVC and 180m of clay sanitary sewer with 250mm PVC on Stirling Avenue South between Courtland Avenue East and Charles Street East. Work includes all associated surface restoration such as excavation, soil removal, grading, asphalt paving, and restoration of sidewalk and curb.
