- Must be available during core business hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday

- Must comply with Security Requirements Check List
- Must ensure secure handling of all confidential information and documents
- Work performed outside core hours must have written approval from PPSC Project Authority and comply with Annex B Basis of Payment
- Must be capable of handling documents ranging from a single sheet to 400 or more sheets, printed single or double-sided
Special conditions
- Contractor must handle documents classified up to Protected B and comply with all associated security requirements
- Security Requirements Check List must be completed and adhered to
- Outside-of-hours work requires written approval from the PPSC Project Authority
- Services must be provided across three physical office locations in Vancouver and Surrey, BC
