Key requirements

• Qualified Engineering Consulting firm
• Must act as Prime Consultant
• Ability to provide consulting, design, and construction administration services
• Ability to deliver site investigation reports
• Ability to produce preliminary conceptual designs
• Ability to produce 30%, 60%, 100% & IFC drawings
• Ability to prepare contract and construction specifications
• Ability to provide construction administration and inspection services
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement
