• Fire Watch procedures must be followed per SOP Fire-01 when fire systems are impacted
• Fire System Offline procedures must be followed per SOP Fire-02
• Work involves fire protection systems requiring adherence to fire safety SOPs
• Work at multiple active public facilities including arenas, community centres, and transit terminals

What disqualifies a bid

• Failure to comply with Fire Watch SOP (Fire-01) requirements
• Failure to comply with Fire System Offline SOP (Fire-02) requirements
• Not meeting mechanical contractor qualification requirements
