- Provision of scaffolding with stamped engineering drawings for reservoir component inspection
- Capability to perform structural repairs (crack injection, concrete spall, joint repairs, exposed rebar, ladder/hatch repairs or replacements)
- Capability to perform resurfacing of deteriorated surfaces using cementitious repair mortar
- Capability to perform replacement of process piping and equipment
- Pre-qualification submission required prior to contract award
Special conditions
- Confined space entry compliance required including rescue plans and retrieval equipment
- Scaffolding must be accompanied by stamped engineering drawings
- Disinfection plans must comply with treated drinking water standards
- Work must maintain continuous plant flow through the second reservoir while one is being serviced
- Rehabilitation scope is provisional and subject to inspection findings
