• Must have qualified under Tier 1
• Must have qualified under the NCR (National Capital Region) geographic region
• Must provide resources at Senior level of expertise
• Must be able to supply Category A.1 - Application/Software Architect - Senior A

Special conditions

• Work is restricted to National Capital Region (NCR) qualified SA holders only
• Must operate under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-170432 framework

What disqualifies a bid

• Not a current TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holder under EN578-170432
• Did not qualify under Tier 1
• Did not qualify under the NCR geographic region
• Unable to provide Category A.1 - Application/Software Architect at Senior A level
