- Work affecting school operations must be scheduled after hours or on weekends per city by-law
- Contractor must start project as soon as possible upon contract award
- Failure to provide price breakdown within 5 business days when requested may result in bid being deemed non-compliant
- Installation Floater insurance coverage is at the contractor's discretion based on project scope
