- Installation Floater insurance covering supplies and equipment for the project
- Provide complete price breakdown of Base Bid Price within 5 business days if requested by Contract Specialist after closing
Special conditions
- COVID-19 self-screening required prior to site visit using Ontario government screening tool
- Site walk through interior will be staggered due to pandemic protocols
- Digital bonds only - no paper bonds accepted; send to Contract Specialist Peter McIndoo
- Contract Specialist may request price breakdown from unofficial low bidder(s) after closing at sole discretion of Purchasing Department
- Contractor must start project as soon as possible after contract award
- After-hours and weekend work required for any tasks affecting school operations, in accordance with city by-law

- Submitting paper bonds instead of digital bonds when contract value exceeds $500,000
