Key requirements
- Tactical Operations Dry Suits (TODS) must be delivered within 60 days from time of call-up
- Repair Kits ordered alone must be delivered within 14 days from time of call-up
- Repair Kits ordered with a TODS must be delivered with the TODS
- Maintenance and Care Instruction Manual must be delivered with each TODS
- Offeror must comply with pre-award sample submission request if identified as lowest compliant Offeror
- Samples must meet Pre-Award Sample Criteria to be considered compliant
- Environmentally preferable packaging specifications are mandatory requirements
- Supplier must comply with RCMP Ineligibility and Suspension Policy (PSPC supplier integrity and compliance provisions)
- Bids must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at angelo.kaldis@rcmp-grc.gc.ca
Special conditions
- Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada (English or French)
- Mandatory environmentally preferable packaging requirements per Policy on Green Procurement, Greening Government Strategy, and Ocean Plastics Charter
- Bidders are solely responsible for monitoring GETS (canadabuys.canada.ca) for amendments; no direct notifications will be sent
- Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement
- Procurement is subject to RCMP Ineligibility and Suspension Policy administered by PSPC
What disqualifies a bid
- Samples submitted by the lowest compliant Offeror do not meet the Pre-Award Sample Criteria
- Offeror fails to comply with the Standing Offer Authority's request to provide samples
- Offer is otherwise non-compliant with mandatory requirements
- Supplier is found ineligible or suspended under the RCMP/PSPC Ineligibility and Suspension Policy
