Special conditions
- Work must comply with the National Parks Act and all associated regulations
- Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada (English or French)
- Parks Canada is not currently accepting bids via SAP Ariba
- Enquiries must be submitted in writing no later than 5 calendar days prior to solicitation closing

- Bids submitted by fax to any number other than 1-877-558-2349 will not be accepted
- Bids submitted by email to any address other than soumissionsest-bidseast@pc.gc.ca will not be accepted
- Emails containing links to bid documents instead of attachments will not be accepted
- Late submissions will not be considered
