Bond Requirements If the bid submission exceeds $500k, all awarded contractors/vendors will be required to submit a digital Labour and Material Bonds and Performance Bonds using Form 31 (Labour and Material Bond) and Form 32 (Performance Bond) include HST. TDSB will only accept digital bonds. Closes June 23, 2026. Good fit if you have environmental contract experience.
Key requirements

- Substantial completion by July 31, 2026
- Non-destructive work must be performed during regular hours
- Work affecting school operations must be carried out after hours or on weekends in accordance with city by-law
- If requested by Contract Specialist, complete price breakdown of Base Bid Price must be submitted within 5 business days of request
- Contractor must provide Installation Floater insurance sufficient to cover supplies and equipment for the project

- Contract Specialist (Leana Castillo) may request a full price breakdown from the unofficial low bidder(s) after closing

What disqualifies a bid
- Failure to submit complete price breakdown within 5 business days of request from Contract Specialist may result in bid being deemed non-compliant
- Submission of non-digital (paper) bonds
- Failure to submit required Labour and Material Bond or Performance Bond when bid exceeds $500,000
