- Contract Specialist is Janelle Marshall — digital bonds must be sent to her attention
- Purchasing Department may at sole discretion request a price breakdown from the unofficial low bidder(s) after closing

- Submission of paper/non-digital bonds — only digital bonds will be accepted
- Failure to include HST in bond amounts
