- Contract Specialist is Janelle Marshall — digital bonds and price breakdowns must be directed to her attention
- Purchasing Department may at sole discretion request price breakdown from unofficial low bidder(s) after closing
What disqualifies a bid
- Failure to submit complete price breakdown within 5 business days when requested may deem bid non-compliant
- Submission of paper (non-digital) bonds will not be accepted
