The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Engineering Services during Construction, Contract Administration and Construction Inspection for renewal of the Albert Street Overpass, SN015380, as described in the Terms of Reference, attached hereto as Annex “A”.
