CFB Borden requires a Contractor to deliver a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) Service Program to its Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) facilities located in Borden, Ontario and to its satellite locations, including CFB Meaford, and armouries located in Barrie and Owen Sound.The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit.
