- Contractor must provide two (2) senior-level resources
- Resources must have demonstrated expertise in Government of Canada EX classification
- Services must include conducting comprehensive job analysis and evaluation of EX-level positions
- Services must include developing and revising job descriptions
- Services must include providing classification recommendations aligned with applicable policies and standards
- Services must include preparing detailed classification rationale reports
- Services must include conducting organizational analysis and advising on structure and design implications
- Services must include supporting internal reviews, audits, or challenges related to classification decisions
Special conditions
- Services must be aligned with Treasury Board Secretariat policies
- Requirement is competed only among five pre-qualified invited suppliers under TSPS Supply Arrangement E60ZT-18TSPS
- Contract anticipated to commence July 2026 for 12 months with two optional one-year renewals
