Tender summary
Provision of 'as and when required' financial review services in support of design and construction contracts delivered via Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) or other collaborative project delivery models at multiple locations across Canada (excluding Nunavut). The Source List will be for a 3-year term with a maximum estimated value of $600,000, with individual commissions ranging from $10,000 to $100,000.

- Questions must be directed only to the designated point of contact during the solicitation period
- Firm must be qualified to provide financial review services in support of design and construction contracts
- Services must be deliverable at multiple locations across Canada (excluding Nunavut)

- Compliance with Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
- Compliance with Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Chapter Nineteen
- Compliance with World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA)
- Proposals must be submitted electronically via MERX Electronic Bidding System
- Services required on an 'as and when required' basis with national coverage (excluding Nunavut)
- Fees may apply to access bidding documents on MERX
