Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide consulting services to conduct multidiscipline airfield engineering design, materials testing and construction support services in support of the Department of National Defence (DND) airfield and aerodrome design and construction projects at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville, Quebec. Ottawa, Ontario. Closes June 17, 2026. Good fit if you have engineering contract experience.
Key requirements
- Valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)
- Submission of Abbreviated Proposal through MERX Electronic Bidding System by closing date and time
- Questions must be directed ONLY to the identified point of contact during the solicitation period
Special conditions
- Valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) security clearance required, issued by CSP within PSPC
- Work is located at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville, Quebec — bilingual environment (French/English) may be relevant
- Solicitation conducted under CFTA, CETA Chapter 19, and WTO-GPA trade agreements
- Preliminary results will be published on MERX; contract award results available on DCC website
