- Work affecting school operations must be carried out after hours or on weekends in accordance with city by-law
- Non-destructive work may be performed during regular hours
- TDSB will only accept digital bonds — no paper bonds accepted
- Contractor must start project as soon as possible upon contract award
- Price breakdown request after closing is at sole discretion of Purchasing Department/Contract Specialist
