- Provide complete price breakdown of Base Bid Price within 5 business days if requested by Contract Specialist after closing
- Provide Installation Floater insurance coverage sufficient to cover supplies and equipment if applicable
Special conditions
- COVID-19 self-screening required before site visit with printed results
- Level 1 or 2 medical mask and PPE mandatory during interior site walk through
- Interior site walk through is staggered due to COVID-19 pandemic protocols
- Work affecting school operations must be carried out after hours or on weekends in accordance with city by-law
- Digital bonds only accepted by TDSB (no paper bonds)
- Price breakdown must be submitted within 5 business days if requested post-closing
What disqualifies a bid
- Failure to complete COVID-19 self-screening prior to site visit
- Failure to wear required PPE and level 1 or 2 medical mask at site walk through
- Failure to submit digital bonds (Form 31 and Form 32) when bid exceeds $500,000
- Submission of non-digital (paper) bonds
- Failure to provide complete price breakdown within 5 business days of request from Contract Specialist
