Complete all necessary repairs and modifications to 9100L above-ground fuel tank to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, including but not limited to CEPA, SOR/2008-197, NFCC, CCME code of practice, and CSA B-139. Include repairs and modifications to surrounding tank infrastructure, fill area, support structures, and all components included under the regulatory. All of National Capital Region, Ontario. Closes July 3, 2026.
