Tender summary

Perform an on-site inspection of the facility and complete a Building Exterior Cladding Inspection (BECI) in the prescribed format and in accordance with the terms of reference - taking into account the level of risk and any known existing or past problems. BECIs are identified in the BCR to be completed at 5 year intervals to ensure overhead safety hazards and other deteriorated conditions are identified and repairs are completed on a cyclical basis.

Key requirements

• Ability to perform on-site inspection of facility
• Ability to complete Building Exterior Cladding Inspection (BECI) in prescribed format
• Inspection must be conducted in accordance with the terms of reference
• Inspection must account for level of risk and any known existing or past problems

Special conditions

• Inspection must follow a 5-year interval schedule as identified in the BCR

• Findings must support cyclical repair completion
