Key requirements

- Bidders are encouraged to conduct a site visit at their own expense prior to submitting a bid
- No post-bid allowances will be made for failure to properly assess site conditions
- Site is located in a remote coastal area subject to severe weather and exposure conditions
- Coordination required with active harbour users during construction
