The Contractor must provide a Level 3 Change Management Consultant (Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Stream 5: P.1) to deliver a strategically robust change management team design that enables DGHCMM-M to achieve its MPMS digital transformation objectives. The Level 3 Change Management Consultant will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and expert advice to shape the team’s structure, capabilities, and operating model.

• Provide a Level 3 Change Management Consultant under TBIPS Stream 5: P.1
• Consultant must meet Level 3 classification under Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS)

Special conditions

• Services delivered under TBIPS procurement framework Stream 5: P.1
• Work supports federal government digital transformation (MPMS) objectives

• Consultant does not meet Level 3 classification under TBIPS Stream 5: P.1
