Key requirements

• Work must be performed in accordance with applicable codes and standards

Special conditions

• Designated Organization Screening (DOS) security clearance required prior to contract award
• Contractors without existing DOS clearance should begin sponsorship process immediately through Defence Construction Canada's Industrial Security Program (ISP)
• Sponsorship request must reference APN project number, Contract number 86881, and clearance level requested
• Work location is Garrison Petawawa, Ontario — a Department of National Defence military installation
• Solicitation anticipated to be initiated in July 2026, conditional on DND approval to proceed

What disqualifies a bid
