• Security clearance approval is at the discretion of PSPC's Contract Security Program and is not guaranteed
• Project is conditional on CSE receiving internal approval to proceed

What disqualifies a bid

• Failure to hold or obtain a Facility Security Clearance at the Secret level prior to contract award
• Failure to actively cooperate with PSPC's Contract Security Program during the clearance process
