- Replace all roof drains and vent stacks with new
- Remove and replace roof curbing of any equipment prior to project 2023-2024
- Remove and reinstate all solar panels, exhaust fans, stairs, ladders, gas lines, equipment supports, conduit supports with new
- Install new plumbing under roof drains and insulate to parameters in M&E contract drawings
- Remove and install new cap flashings, insulation, parapet walls, drip flashings, wall flashings, and siding
- Remove and install new roof hatch and increase ladder height as specified
