Construction of a new Disk Filter and UV Building at the City of Guelph Water Resource Recovery Centre (530 Wellington Street West), including tertiary disk filters, UV disinfection systems, effluent reuse pumps, electrical/SCADA infrastructure, yard piping, access roadway, and decommissioning of existing sand filters and chlorine systems. Work must be completed within 650 working days of contract award.

- Supply all materials, labour, and equipment for complete construction scope
