Key requirements
- Proven expertise in inspection, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Capability to provide Preventative Maintenance (PM), Demand Maintenance (DM), and Emergency Services (ES)
- Must furnish all required materials, labour, supervision, transportation, inspections, permits, licenses, equipment, and ancillary devices
- Must demonstrate capability to service a broad and diverse portfolio of facilities across multiple participating agencies
- Services must minimize disruption to operations while ensuring system reliability, performance, safety, and energy efficiency
Special conditions
- Each Participating Agency will issue its own purchase order and pay its own invoices independently
- Contract locations may be added or deleted throughout the life of the contract including any optional renewal years
- Services must be delivered across a geographically diverse, multi-municipality portfolio

- Inability to demonstrate proven expertise in HVAC inspection, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair
- Inability to provide Emergency Services as required
- Failure to supply all required materials, labour, permits, and equipment as specified
