• Contractor must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), PWGSC at all times during contract performance
• All contractor personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets, or sensitive sites must each hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS granted or approved by CSP, PWGSC
• Processing of PROTECTED materiel electronically on contractor IT equipment/systems is NOT permitted
• Use of personal devices to connect to or conduct any activity on GC networks and GC furnished IT equipment is strictly prohibited
• Subcontracts containing security requirements must not be awarded without prior written permission of CSP, PWGSC
• Contractor must comply with the Security Requirements Check List and Supplemental Security and Classification Guide (Annex C)
• Contractor must comply with the Contract Security Manual (Latest Edition)

Special conditions

• Designated Organization Screening (DOS) required at the organizational level
• Reliability Status required for all personnel accessing PROTECTED information, assets, or sensitive sites
• No electronic processing of PROTECTED materiel on contractor IT systems
• No personal devices permitted on GC networks or GC furnished IT equipment
• Requirement is subject to multiple international trade agreements including CETA, CPTPP, WTO-AGP, and others
• Solicitation is limited to pre-qualified invited SA Holders only — not open to general market

• Not qualified under Tier 1 ($0 - $3.75M) of the Supply Arrangement
• Not qualified under Stream 8: Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit category
• Not included on the list of invited SA Holders
• Failure to hold or obtain a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
• Personnel lacking valid Reliability Status when access to PROTECTED information or sites is required
• Awarding subcontracts with security requirements without prior written CSP/PWGSC approval
