Work includes, but is not limited to: • Roof replacement. • Heritage steel window conservation and glazing replacement. • Interior refurbishment including painting and replacement of water damaged finish ceiling. • Architectural modifications as required, in service of roofing upgrades. • Phasing of work to minimize impact on occupants and maintain intended operation of the building to the greatest extent possible, as further outlined in the documents.
